Groundhog Day

Otherwise known as BACK TO SCHOOL 2009. Julian, Teddy, and Tucker went back on the same day. The boys of course would rather wear a dress than let me take their 'back to school' pic. It would also mean me getting up at an hour that I am not really comfortable with. Not a morning person AT ALL.

After much deliberating on our first day outfit, Julian was happy. The shoes alone took several hours. The ones she had seen earlier in the summer, and just HAD to have were no longer at the store. Of course this was MY fault because I am soooo mean and wouldn't buy them for her in JUNE. Ha. I am not even going to show them in this picture. She is standing in our driveway. The building behind her is her school. She has to be there by 8:30. As the year progresses there will be days when she wakes up at 8:15, and is STILL on time!!!

Janey started Pre-K on a gradual entry schedule. This is known as a HUGE pain in the ass! The first day I had to go with her, and boy, she was hot!! "Mom's don't go to school with kids". Only after the teacher telling her it was ok, did she relent. The next day she went for a half hour.
(Janey and her teacher)
An hour the next.

Hour and a half the day after.

Get the picture??? Gradual entry = Pain in the ass. So we had pictures from ALL these days. THEN Miss Julian gets a bee in her bonnet about getting her hair cut. Thus, nullifying the previous back to school photo.

So....groundhog day...like the movie. Only with different outfits!!

Is it time for Christmas break yet??????

So there.

To all the people who told me a trampoline was a bad idea.

A death trap.

Broken arms and legs for sure.

Perhaps even a broken neck.

Do not even THINK aboout getting one.

Someone "had a friend, who knew a friend, whose friends sisters' kid got REALLY hurt" on a trampoline.
It will be the WORST decision you will ever make.

Shout out to my peeps!
